Dynamic Table Tennis Coaching Program
If you are fanatical about improving in the game of table tennis, then a coach is the best tool you can invest in. Here are 10 reasons why you need one.
Accurate performance assessment. If you have a consistent shot, then it is a coach that can really test the integrity of that. Maybe it’s that shot is consistent against your regular training partner, not against a person with pips or a lefty. A coach can help you accurately gauge the performance of your shot, and create a training program and monitor the progress.
Coaches find the truth. A coach can accurately measure your exact level at every single shot, and most are unforgiving. If you don’t have enough power, then a coach will most likely let you know. If you aren’t consistent enough, then a coach will let you know. If you are very fit, but have a poor timing, then a coach will let you know.
Motivation. A coach is the tool that can not only help you see your rating being 100 point higher, but can get you there. A coach is the person that can help focus that energy into performance.
Functional Training. Do you compete a different way than you train? Do actually train at all. A coach can help you develop your answer those questions, and help you implement a training program that focuses on you becoming a better competition player and making it fun and exciting at the same time. What you want to be looking for is big performance, and a coach can help you do that.
Getting more Fit. There is nothing like a coach that essential does not miss very many shots during your session. That means you will be more tired, but you will be more fit. A coach can help you see where you want to be for the future with being a more conditioned athlete as most tournaments are a “War of Attrition”.
Building Concepts. A coach can help you understand why a technique is done a certain way, and the concept behind. A coach can help you understand your strengths and weaknesses as a table tennis player, so that you can build your game around that.
A Great Debater. A coach that can successful help you build technical and tactical concepts, that help you become more grounded. Having that education can lead you to debate concepts better with other players, and other coaches. It’s going to be you doing the debating when you are competing in matches, so it’s just as imperative to be able to do it verbally.
Adding New techniques. A coach is the person that can help you see how new techniques may fit into your game and if it has the potential to make you a better player, or not.
Tournament Tested. Most coaches have competed all over the country and the world, so they bring an extensive knowledge and understanding to the game. They understand everything that you are thinking, and everything you feel and can help you become a better emotional, mental, and tactical competitor.
The Ultimate Competitor. No coach wants to keep a student forever. They want to teach them all the concepts, techniques, lessons, and values they know and let them go out and learn the rest. The hidden agenda for all coaches is for their clients to infect the world with all of the knowledge that they have given them.
Dynamic Table Tennis Program
Amount of hours in a coaching package: 10 hours
Cost: 400.00
How does the Dynamic TT Program work? Your training program will be built from scratch each month, using video, a questionnaire, or ongoing interaction. On a weekly basis, I will review you program, and adjust it accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged, so I can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
Coaching Interaction? To ensure I have the necessary time to give the best service, I will maintain a low coach-client ratio to give myself up to 4 hours per month to create custom training exercises specifically for you, and to answer frequent phone calls and emails. This time includes a balance of program review, modification, and member initiated phone conversations and email correspondence. Typically, members can call or email as a form of communication. All players will be given a weekly agenda of exercises to complete in their own time before our next session. That is a way that we can maximize your time to get the most out of our sessions.
So, for 2008 get your game overhauled at Dynamic Table Tennis, where we can turn “Aspiration into Reality”.
